PRICE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
| The main house is a luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa that sleeps 8. The guest house comfortably accommodates 4 and has all the amenities of the main house. Both houses have an octagonal great room featuring a brick, domed ceiling, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining table. All bedrooms have a king size bed (one also has a set of bunks) and their own bath. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided (you furnish towels for pool and beach). |
| The main house is available separately or with the guesthouse. The guest house is available separately for stays of 7 nights or more only. |

Payment Schedule - Unit will be blocked off of the calendar upon receipt of ½ of
rent
fee and
tax. Full payment is due 1 month prior to occupancy. Cancellation Policy - Reservations
cancelled are subject to forfeiture of payment of full
rental fee. Deposit
and cleaning fee will be refunded to you. |
